There’s a power slash universal button on each of the buds, which you can also use to pause and play your favorite tunes, take or end a call, and skip tracks. However, these pose one minor design setback: you won’t find the volume controls on the earbuds. You have to connect the earphones to an app that lets you choose the setting you want.
