- A negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test or Antigen Test, taken within 14 days, regardless if partially or fully vaccinated against COVID-19; children 17 years below are exempted from this.
- A valid identification card or proof of residency in the province
The pre-flight checklist for tourists traveling to Siargao when they allowed entry to travelers included the following:
- A negative RT-PCR test result, taken within 48 hours from the point of origin
- Confirmed booking of at least two nights from an accredited accommodation establishment
- A round-trip ticket and travel details
- Valid ID
- Surigao del Norte e-Health Pass
