Check the inbox of the email address provided during KYC registration. Call or email Pacific Cross Customer Service for further verification.

Can I use my medical insurance benefit right after activation?

No. Activation Period must be followed. Coverage will commence after three working days from successful KYC registration.

Can I register more than one medical insurance and all under my name?

Yes. You may register up to four (4) medical insurance  coverage under your name.
