What is the Tenured Rewards all about?
During the 917 season, we are giving special gifts for customers who have been with us for 3 years and above.
Who is eligible for the Tenured Rewards?
You are eligible if you are a Globe customer for at least 3 years by September 30, 2019. (Except for Broadband customers, different tenure cut-offs)
How can I redeem my special gift?
If you are part of the eligible base, all you have to do is download or open the Globe Rewards app and click the “TAP TO GET YOUR GIFT” button on the pop-up message.
Redeem your gift right away as you can only get them until. October 15, 2019.
Can I also redeem my special gift via SMS or USSD?
No. You may only redeem your special gift at the Globe Rewards app.
