I received my free data allocation, how long will these be valid?

Your free data allocation is valid for 3 days upon activation.

I have an active promo, will I still be able to use my free data allocation?

Yes. Even if you have an active promo, you will still be able to use your free data allocation.

How can I check the balance of my free data allocation?

You may text DATA FREEBIE to 8080 for free.

I tried to claim but did not receive my free data allocation.

No worries! If you weren’t able to successfully avail of your free data allocation, we will send it to you the next day before 12nn.

I received my bonus Rewards points, for how long will these be valid?

You may use your points until October 15, 2019.

Where can I use my bonus Rewards points?

You may use your Bonus Rewards points at Marks & Spencer, Rustan’s, Jamba Juice, KFC and other existing partners.

I received Globe Rewards points but I am in another country, how can I use my points?

Unfortunately, you may only use your Bonus Rewards points locally. But don’t worry, you may still enjoy it until October 15, 2019.

I received Globe Rewards points but my number is temporarily disconnected, how can I use my points?

You may use your points once your account has been reconnected and it’s valid until October 15, 2019. 

Do I now earn Globe Rewards points regularly or just for this particular promo?

No, this is just a one-time earning of points, in line with the 917 celebration. 

I was not able to get my special gift within the 3 day promo duration, can I still get it?

Sorry, redemption period is until September 19, 2019 only.

I downloaded the Globe Rewards app and tried to register but there was an error prompt that said “This is only open for Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid, and TM consumer only”.

I received the sms notification, but I cannot download the Globe Rewards app

Some subscribers might not be able to download Globe Rewards app given Mobile Device Management (MDM) subscription of the company. MDM is a solution that can limit app downloads and other activities of all lines that are enrolled. Handling will be reactive.


Step 1: Account Manager/Hotline/Enterprise support will guide the subscriber on the basic troubleshooting guideline
