Call divert is a phone feature that lets you forward/redirect incoming calls to an alternate number or directly to your voicemail.

For Android phones:

    STEP 1: Tap the phone icon/widget to go the dialing screen.

    STEP 2: Tap the "menu" button which is on the lower left side of your phone, beside the Home button.

    STEP 3: Go to > Settings > Call > Call settings > Additional settings > Call forwarding > Voice Call

    STEP 4: Under voice call, select when you want your calls to be diverted

• Always forward
  
  
• Forward when busy
  
  
• Forward when unanswered
  
  
• Forward when unreachable

    STEP 5: Input the number you want your call to be diverted to

For iOS:

    STEP 1: Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding

    STEP 2: Slide the toggle in the right to switch activate

    STEP3: Once switched on, the ‘Forward to‘ option will appear. Tap on it and enter the number to forward the calls to

Please note that regular call rates will apply when forwarding / diverting calls to a landline or other networks.

Roaming rates will also apply when call divert is on and you are on roaming.
