Call and text barring is an action that prevents numbers from being called or texted using your mobile phone. This can also be used to stop receiving calls and texts.

To bar all incoming calls and texts:

• Dial *35*<4-digit code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.

To bar incoming calls and texts from international numbers only:

• Dial *351*<4-digit code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.

You'll receive a prompt once your call and text barring has been activated.

* Your default 4-digit code is 1234.

To bar all outgoing calls and texts:

• Dial *33*<4-digit code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.

To bar your phone from receiving calls and texts from international numbers only:

• Dial *331*<4-digit code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.

You'll receive a prompt once your call and text barring has been activated.

* Your default 4-digit code is 1234.

For incoming calls and texts:

To deactivate call and text barring:

• Dial #35*<4-digit code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.

To deactivate call and text barring from international numbers only:

• Dial #351*<4-digit code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.

For outgoing calls and texts:

To deactivate call and text barring:

• Dial #33*<4-digit code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.

To deactivate your call and text barring for international numbers only:

• Dial #331*<4-digit code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.

* Your default 4-digit code is 1234.

For the call barring status of incoming calls/texts, input the following:

• Local barring - Dial *#35*<4-digit code># and press the call key.
• International barring - Dial *#351*<4-digit code># and press the call key.

For the call barring status of outgoing calls/texts, input the following:

• Local barring - Dial *#33*<4-digit code># and press the call key.
• International barring - Dial *#331*<4-digit code># and press the call key.

* Your default 4-digit code is 1234.

To change your old password, dial **03*330*<old 4-digit code>*<4-digit new code>*<4-digit new code># on your mobile phone and press the call key.
Make sure that your new code is a 4-digit number.
