How will I know if I won?
Winners will be notified via email, along with instructions on how to claim their tickets. The list of winners will also be posted on the official Globe Telecom and Kmmunity PH Facebook pages on February 11, 2023.
Can I transfer my ticket or prize to someone else?
Prizes are transferable, but non-convertible to cash and cannot be sold.
I lost the ticket I won in the promo. Can you provide me with a new ticket or a pass?
We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, Globe and the concert promoter do not provide ticket replacements or temporary concert passes for lost or stolen tickets.
You may buy tickets to the concert while they’re still available. Please visit www.smtickets.com for further details.
NOTE: Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and seats are limited. Globe does not have any control on the ticket selling of SM Tickets.
What if the concert/ event gets canceled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, calamities and other causes, what will happen to our winning prize (ticket)?
Globe, together with the concert promoter/producer, will release an official statement if these unfortunate incidents occur.
In case the concert will not proceed as scheduled due to unforeseen incidents, the concert will be moved to a later date and your ticket will still be honored once the new schedule has been finalized. No refunds will be provided to the promo winners.
