Woohoo, I won the raffle! How do I claim my prize?
We will deliver your prize for free to the address you provided upon registration to the promo. Globe will start delivering prizes on March 31, 2023. Please note the following lead times:
- 20 working days for Metro Manila
- 30 working days for Luzon
- 35 working days for Visayas and Mindanao
I received my prize, but it’s damaged and/or broken. What should I do?
Please email a photo of the damaged and/or broken item to [email protected] so we can investigate along with our partner courier. We will respond with our findings within 7 working days.
