How do I watch movies and shows on DisneyLife?

You must have internet access with a speed of at least 1.5Mbps to enjoy seamless playback of videos.

Will I incur data charges when streaming shows on DisneyLife?

It depends. if you're streaming while on Wi-Fi, there will be no charge. But if you're streaming while on mobile data, the regular browsing rate will apply unless you're registered to a surf promo.

What devices can I use with DisneyLife?

You can use any Android smartphone and tablet devices running on Android 4.1 and above, or Apple mobile devices running on iOS 7.0 and above.

How many devices can I use to watch on DisneyLife?

You can register up to 10 devices at the same time on your DisneyLife. 4 concurrent users can access the app. Once a 5th user logs in, the first device to connect will automatically be removed.

Can I download movies and shows on DisneyLife?

Yes, you can download them for offline viewing.

How long can I access the movies and shows I downloaded?

You can access them for 30 days from the time they're downloaded. After which, they'll be removed from your list of downloaded content.

When do new movies and new episodes of shows get added to DisneyLife?

DisneyLife's library is updated regularly with new movies and episodes of your favorite TV shows. Please note that certain movies and shows vary in availability and content distribution is owned and managed by Disney. This means that they may also have to remove certain titles in order to make room for new ones.

How do I claim my free DisneyLife subscription?

You can redeem the app in two ways!


Via E-mail

Step 1: Check the email you registered with your Globe At Home account. The redemption link to DisneyLife should appear in your inbox.

> Link expires within 30 days

Step 2: Follow the instructions on how to redeem and create DisneyLife account

Step 1:  Open your Globe At Home app and click “Go To Dashboard”

Step 2:  Click “Redeem now” for DisneyLife and follow the instructions to redeem and create DisneyLife account

I can’t find my DisneyLife redemption link email. What should I do?

You may visit www.globe.com.ph/broadband/free-content to request for a new email containing the redemption link. Requests to resend subscription links will only be accommodated within 30 days from installation or upgrade of your Globe At Home plan. Once we verify your eligibility, please expect an email containing the redemption link within 2 working days.

I'm not eligible for the free 3 month-access to DisneyLife. Is there any other promo for DisneyLife?

If you’re on a GoUnli and a GoBig plan, you may redeem an exclusive 3-month access to DisneyLife for free with the Globe At Home app! Just follow these steps to claim your access:


Step 1:  Open your Globe At Home app, and click “Claim Now” on the DisneyLife banner 

Step 2:  Next screen confirm information and click “Submit Request”

Step 3:  You will receive your DisneyLife 3-month subscription access within 48 hours upon the date of your request

Your DisneyLife free trial may be redeemed within 30 days upon receipt of the text informing you of your freebie. Also, please note that the free trial is only valid for 6 months from the day you receive the text notification.

What happens after my free DisneyLife trial ends?

Your DisneyLife access will be forfeited. If you want to continue to the paid version, just go to the link provided via email 24 hours before your access ends.

Can I unsubscribe from DisneyLife?

If you’re on the free version, no need to cancel or unsubscribe since your access will be forfeited once the trial period ends.


If you’re on the paid version, just follow these steps:

  • Go to Disneylife.com and sign in.
  • Select the primary profile, then click on the Character in the top right corner.
  • Select the Settings cog.
  • Click on Account.
  • Enter your password.
  • Click Payment at the top of the screen.
  • Click “Would you like to cancel your membership?”
  • Click Confirm Cancel Membership.
