Who are eligible for this Free Giftaway voucher?
This is open to select Globe At Home customers. Eligible customers will be notified via text, and will be advised when they will receive their vouchers.
How will I know if I have been eligible for the voucher?
You will receive an SMS from us to notify you of your redeemable voucher. This will be sent 2 weeks prior to the start of claiming the vouchers.
How do I redeem my Giftaway voucher?
To avail of your voucher, just follow these steps.
- Click on the link included in the text message
- You will be directed to the Giftaway webpage
- You will be asked to verify your registered number via OTP, just follow the instructions.
- Once verified, you can choose the store/partner you wish to use your eGift for
When availing, make sure of the following:
- Make sure your account is not disconnected
- Settle any overdue balances for the latest month
Note that once claimed, your voucher must be redeemed within 15 days.
How much will I get if I am eligible?
The amount you will receive is based on your tenure and engagement with Globe at Home. This includes other criteria such as bills payment, and plan upgrades and/or other availments.
If I have redeemed a Giftaway voucher before from the Globe At Home app. Can I still redeem this?
If you have completed the instructions provided, you can still redeem it.
What is Giftaway?
Giftaway is our partner for our rewards program for our select customers. Giftaway provides it users with a code which they can use to redeem an eGift based on the amount given to you.
Where can I use the eGift I receive from Giftaway?
Once you have redeemed the eGift, you can select a corresponding voucher from one of the many Merchant partners of Giftaway. These partners include Gcash, Shopee, Jollibee, Krispy Kreme and many more depending on your preference.
How long can I use the eGift I claimed from Giftaway?
The validity of your claimed eGift will depend on the merchant partner of your choosing. Please refer to their Terms and Conditions to be guided accordingly.
