What is the difference between iflixFREE and iflixVIP?

iflixFREE is the free version of the iflix streaming service. It has over 6,000 hours worth of free movies and shows and sponsored movie of the day.

On the other hand, iflixVIP is the paid version at P129/month that can be unlocked for the whole library of shows and movies (over 12,000 hours worth of content) —plus live special events and minus the ads.

What type of content can I watch on iflixVIP?

Customers can enjoy Filipino content such as I Love You Hater & Encantadia, Korean content such as What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim?, international content like the Harry Potter series & The Good Place, iflix Originals like Slang Along and Hot Ones plus LIVE sports.

How many devices can I use for iflixVIP?

A single iflixVIP account can register up to 5 devices. However, iflix only allows streaming in up to two (2) devices at the same time. If you want to register a 6th device, they will need to remove 1 device that is registered to make way for the new one.

Can I cast iflix to my TV?

Yes, iflix is compatible with Chromecast and via iflix app in newer Samsung TVs, LG and Panasonic, Android TV/Boxes.

Can I register to iflixVIP using any valid email address?

Yes, as long as the said email address hasn't been used for an iflixVIP account before.

If I create a new iflix account, can I have my previous account deleted?

Globe is not permitted to delete iflix accounts. For more details on how to manage your iflix account, please visit [email protected]

Who are eligible for the iflixVIP offer?

This offer is open to the following customers:


  • New customers who applied for a Globe At Home plan from February 15 to June 30, 2020
  • Existing Globe At Home customers who upgraded their current plan from February 15 to June 30, 2020 and haven't availed of this offer yet

How do I claim my 3-month access to iflixVIP?

You can claim it through any of the following ways:

  • You may redeem your access through the Globe At Home app. 
  • You may also redeem it via email, which will be sent to you within 48 hours upon installation of your broadband plan. The email will contain a redemption link for your 3-month access to iflixVIP, which expires in 30 days. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check your Spam.

Please note that you may only redeem your 3-month access using a mobile device and if the iflix app has already been installed. 

How long can I use the 3-month iflixVIP access that comes with my Globe At Home plan?

Your 3-month access to iflixVIP that comes with your Globe At Home plan starts as soon as your installation is completed, so redeem it now!

I can't find my iflixVIP redemption link email. What do I do?

You may visit www.globe.com.ph/broadband/free-content to request for a new email redemption link. Requests to resend subscription links will only be accommodated within 30 days after your Globe At Home application has been processed. Once we verify your eligibility, please expect an email containing the redemption link within 2 working days.

I am a Globe At Home Postpaid customer who received the iflixVIP 3-month access. Until when can I redeem the offer?

Your 3-month iflixVIP access may be redeemed within 30 days upon receipt of the email informing you of the offer. Please note that the access is only valid for 3 months from the day of your Globe At Home plan installation.

I have an active paid subscription to iflixVIP. Will I be able to redeem the offer?

No, you will not be able to claim your iflixVIP access using an email address that is tied to an active paid iflixVIP subscription. You may end your existing paid subscription, then redeem the freebie offer on the same account, or you can create a new account using a different email address to redeem the offer.

I have claimed my iflixVIP access from my Globe Postpaid mobile plan. Will I be able to claim my 3-month access with my Globe At Home plan?

To maximize Globe's offers, redeem your iflixVIP access using a different email address and create a new account.

What if I'm not eligible for the iflixVIP access subscription that comes with Globe At Home? Can I still enjoy iflixVIP?

Yes! To subscribe to iflixVIP, go to "Get Paid Add Ons" on your Globe At Home app. Then, follow the steps displayed on your Globe At Home app to start streaming your favorite movies and series.

How do I unsubscribe from iflixVIP?

You can unsubscribe from iflixVIP by going to your Globe At Home app's dashboard. Your iflixVIP subscription will be displayed under "Paid Add-ons". By clicking on the unsubscribe button, you will be informed of the date when you will lose access if you decide to cancel your subscription. Click on the unsubscribe button to confirm.

What happens at the end of my 3-month access to iflixVIP?

At the end of the 3-month iflixVIP access, you will receive an email notification informing you of your subscription status. You may choose to avail of a paid subscription through the link mentioned in the email.
