How do I access my Netflix account?

You'll receive an email with the redemption link.

I didn't receive an email with the redemption link to my Netflix account. What should I do?

If you didn't receive your email, you can call our hotline at (02) 730-1000 and we'll resend your Redemption link within 1-2 days.

How do I watch videos on Netflix?

Stream videos online at or download the Netflix app to your iOS or Android device using a Philippine account.

You can watch content on Netflix instantly from any Internet-connected device that offers a Netflix app, such as a smartphone, tablet, gaming console, laptop or streaming media player (set-top box).

You can also watch Netflix using Google Chromecast.

Can I download any content from Netflix?

Yes. Starting November 30, 2016, you can download selected movies and TV shows from Netflix. Just refer to the library of content that are available for download, choose your movie/ TV episode, and then click the download icon.

It is best to download while on Wi-Fi and you may download as many movies and series as you like as far as your device storage can accommodate. Successful downloads can then be watched on-the-go even without access to internet.

How many devices can I use Netflix on at the same time?

The number of devices that may be allowed to instantly watch simultaneously will depend on your Netflix subscription plan. The Netflix Standard Plan that comes with Globe AT HOME allows viewing for up to 2 screens.

What are the other available Netflix plan subscriptions?

The available Netflix plans are as follows:

  • Netflix Basic (P370/month) – Standard Definition video quality (SD) with only 1 concurrent user allowed
  • Netflix Standard (P460/month) – High Definition video quality (HD) with 2 concurrent users allowed
  • Netflix Premium (P550/month) – Ultra High Definition video quality (UHD) with 4 concurrent users allowed.

How fast does my Internet need to be able to stream content on Netflix?

The minimum required connection speed is 0.5Mbps, but you may want a faster connection for improved video quality.

The recommended Internet download speed per stream for high definition quality content is 5.0Mbps.

Does my Netflix access come with free data for streaming/downloading?

Watching or streaming on Netflix will consume your Globe At Home Internet Allowance.

To select a setting that works best for your Globe At Home plan, go to "Your Account",select "Playback settings" in the "My Profile section". It can take up to 8 hours for these changes to take effect, and restricting data usage may affect video quality.

What type of content will I expect to watch on Netflix?

There are a number of quality movies and TV series that you can watch via Netflix ranging from Action, Comedy, Drama, Horror, and Romance. There is a parental control mechanism to limit kid-friendly content for young viewers' entertainment. But what's unique about Netflix is its original and quality programming.

Awesome! I have an existing US Netflix account, can I charge my subscription to my Globe bill?

Nope! You need to sign in as a Netflix Philippines user in order to charge your subscription to your Globe account.

How do I cancel my Netflix subscription?

To cancel your Netflix subscription, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your Netflix account

Step 2: Go to "Your Account"

Step 3: Select Cancel membership

Step 4 : Select "Complete Cancellation"

You'll receive an email sent to your Netflix-registered address confirming that your Netflix subscription has been cancelled.

Can I change my Netflix plan while I’m subscribed to the service?

Sure! You can change your Netflix subscription anytime.

Remember though that any change will reflect on your next subscription cycle and your paid Netflix is charged at the end of your monthly subscription.
