All our plan offers come with a free Wi-Fi modem (DSL, Fiber and LTE bundled plans) and monthly internet allowance.*

Plans starting at 1299 and above also have a free landline with unlimited calls to any Globe or TM numbers, with 6 months access to our latest content offers.

Globe At Home Fiber Plans have minimum guaranteed connection speeds of 30% of the subscribed speed at 80% minimum service reliability. Upon full consumption of monthly data allowance, basic browsing speed of 256 kbps will apply. Subscribe to Globe At Home's volume data boost to enjoy continued browsing at plan speeds.

Globe At Home DSL and LTE Plans have minimum guaranteed connection speeds of 256kbps at 80% minimum service reliability. Upon full consumption of monthly data allowance, basic browsing speed of 256kbps will apply. Subscribe to Globe At Home's volume data boost to enjoy continued browsing at plan speeds.

You can apply for the new Globe At Home plans starting August 19, 2016.


Starting June 1, 2017, you can also avail of our GoBIG plans. This is our offer to customers who are looking to do more and surf more while online!

I'm an existing customer, can I also apply for the new plan offers?

Absolutely! You can also avail of the new plans, subject to upgrade/downgrade policies.

Can I still avail of the old plans?

We're sorry but starting August 19, 2016 old plans will be phased out and will no longer be available.

Where can I apply for these plans?

If you're a new customer, you can apply by calling (02) 7301010, going online, or visiting at the nearest Globe store or via a Globe Authorized Sales Agent.


If you're an existing customer, you can call us at (02) 7301000 or visit the Globe store.

Is there a contract period?

Yep! The standard contract period is 24 months.

What will happen to my internet connection if I use up my internet allowance?

Once you use up your internet allowance, you can still browse, but you'll be surfing at the minimum browsing speed of 256 kbps. Learn more about your monthly internet allowance here.


You may avail of Volume Boost so you can surf again at your subscribed plan speed.

I'm an existing customer and I want to change my plan. What's the difference of these plans from my current subscription?

Our latest plan offers have:

  • Faster speed
  • More entertainment content add-ons
    • WATCH – Disney, HOOQ, Netflix
    • LISTEN – Spotify, Sing! Karaoke by Smule
    • PLAY – Game e-PINs (Garena, Steam, Gameclub, Playpark, PlayStation Network)
    • Larger data allowance

If I don't want to move to any of the latest plans, can I still avail of the content and device add-ons?

If you're an existing customer, you can only avail of the following content add-ons without moving to the new plans:


  • Disney
  • Spotify Premium


The devices on the other hand, can be purchased as an add-on only if you're currently subscribed to the the new Globe At Home plans.


You will not be able to avail of a device add-on if you're on an older plan.

If my internet subscription is temporarily disconnected, can I still access my content subscriptions?

You won't be able to access your content subscriptions as these are linked to your broadband plan.
