Who can avail of this upgrade?

You are eligible to renew your plan provided you meet the below requirements:

  • Account must be active & not temporarily disconnected at time of provisioning 
  • Outstanding Balance should be less than P150
  • Must be near lock-up end/out of lock up (4 mos. before end of lock-up)
  • Serviceable by preferred wired/wireless plans

Please be advised that NEW and EXCLUSIVE Unli Fiber Up plans will be available only via Outbound Telesales for this October.

How will I know the details of the promo?

You will receive an email and/or text to confirm the details of your promo.  Your latest bill statement will also reflect the new plan information.

Will my account details or landline number change after the upgrade?

You'll retain the same account details such as your landline number, account number and bill cut-off date.

Do I need to pay anything for the upgrade?

The upgrade is absolutely free! We want our loyal Globe At Home customers to enjoy a hassle-free, first-world internet browsing experience.

Will my lock up be refreshed?

Your lock up will be refreshed by the duration stated in your received SMS.

What will happen to my existing landline bundle?

Please be advised that with all our offers, your existing UnliG2G bundle will be refreshed by the duration of your contract extension stated in the SMS. This is not applicable for subscribers on data-only plans.

Will I receive free content access when I upgrade my plan?

There are no free contents included when you upgrade your plan.

How long before I receive my vouchers?

Please allow us 3-5 days to send out the voucher to the mobile number used to contact you.
