What is the Tenured Rewards all about?

During the 917 season, we are giving special gifts for customers who have been with us for 3 years and above.

Who is eligible for the Tenured Rewards?

You are eligible if you are a Globe Enterprise customer for at least 3 years by September 30, 2019.

How can I redeem my special gift?

If you are part of the eligible base, all you have to do is download or open the Globe Rewards app and click the “TAP TO GET YOUR GIFT” button on the pop-up message.

Redeem your gift right away as you can only get them until October 15, 2019.



If I cannot download the Globe Rewards app, is there another way to redeem rewards?

Yes, aside from Globe Rewards app, you may be able to redeem via SMS

a.)    Redeeming of Items from the Telco Catalogue

  • Text REDEEM to 4438  or
  • Dial *143# then select to Globe Rewards > Redeem Rewards > select item to redeem and follow succeeding steps (depending on the offer) or 
  • Download the Globe Rewards app and redeem items from the catalogue.

b.)    Using Points as Cash at Partner Stores

You may enjoy instant rewards from your favorite brands by using your points to pay for your purchases at participating partner stores.

  • Customer can view list of partner stores at: http://www.globe.com.ph/rewards/partners
  • They can also text CASHPOINTS to 4438 to know the list stores where you can use your points.
  • Go to the participating stores to use your Rewards points to pay.
  • Ask for the store’s assigned Globe/TM Rewards mobile number.
  • Redeem via text or *143:
    • Text BUY 10-digit number of store amount of points and send to 4438
    • Dial *143# then go to Globe Rewards > Pay Store. Input the number of the store and amount of points that will be used. (If customer nominates MPIN, request customer to key in his MPIN to transact)

I received my bonus Rewards points, for how long will these be valid?

You may use your points until October 15, 2019.

I received Globe Rewards points but I am in another country, how can I use my points?

Unfortunately, you may only use your Bonus Rewards points locally. But don’t worry, you may still enjoy it until October 15, 2019.

I received Globe Rewards points but my number is temporarily disconnected, how can I use my points?

You may use your points once your account has been reconnected and it’s valid until October 15, 2019. 

Do I now earn Globe Rewards points regularly or just for this particular promo?

No, this is just a one-time earning of points, in line with the 917 celebration. 

I downloaded the Globe Rewards app and tried to register but there was an error prompt that said “This is only open for Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid, and TM consumer only”.

Troubleshooting guideline if your Globe Rewards app won't open, respond, unexpectedly quits, or shows an error, you can perform the following steps

Step 1: Check connectivity

Launch your internet browser, type www.google.com and tap Go. If the page fails to load, you may have internet connectivity issues. Check your device manual or internet service provider to restore your connectivity before trying Globe Rewards again.

Step 2: Check for Updates


Go to your device Settings, look for Software Updates and tap Manually Update. This will search for available updates, and update your Android OS as required. Open Google Play and tap My apps & games. If a Globe Rewards update is available, tap Update.


Go to your device Settings, look for General and tap Software Update. Update your iOS as required. Open the App Store and tap Updates. If a Globe Rewards update is available, tap Update.
