The warranty is void if the device was misused and abused, i.e. with a cracked LCD and/or other parts, with water damage or underwent repair by authorized service.
General repair reminders:
- All data stored in your unit may be deleted and settings can revert to the manufacturer's / default settings. Please back-up all the data on your phone.
- Know the warranty coverage of your handset/unit. Repairs that are not covered by your warranty is subject to applicable fees & charges.
- Please be sure to remove all accessories (headsets, memory cards, removeable batteries and chargers) as well. The repair center is equiped with the nescessary tools/accessories to test the transceiver
For IPhone specific reminders:
- Please turn off the Find my iPhone application. Repairs cannot proceed if while this feature is active on your handset.
