Globe and TM customers are randomly selected as respondents to the survey.

For now, you'll get 5 rewards points which will expire on March 31, 2022.

You can use your points to redeem rewards via the Globe Rewards app. For more details, visit

What happens to my responses if I close the survey without submitting?

Your responses will not be recorded if the survey is closed before you submit.

Can I still change or withdraw my answers after submitting?

Once submitted, survey answers can't be modified or withdrawn.

I have encountered an error while answering the survey. How do I access and answer it again?

You may access it again via the app's home page. Just click on the card that says "Get Rewards! Complete the survey to get Rewards Points!". You may also go to your app's inbox and click on the survey notification message.

Can I request for more surveys to answer and accumulate more rewards?

We appreciate your participation! Requesting for more surveys is not available at the moment but there may be another survey run soon. So stay tuned!

I don't want to answer surveys. What can I do?

We understand if you choose not to participate in our surveys. You may ignore the notifications or use the skip option.
