Globe and TM customers are randomly selected as respondents to the survey.
Getting to know you better would help us understand how to further improve and deliver more exciting promotions and campaigns for you to enjoy.
In some cases, you may receive rewards for answering the survey. So, keep your eyes peeled!
No, you will receive your reward within 7 working days after completing the survey.
For now, you'll get 5 rewards points which will expire on March 31, 2022.

Your responses will not be recorded if the survey is closed before you submit.
Once submitted, survey answers can't be modified or withdrawn.
You may access it again via the app's home page. Just click on the card that says "Get Rewards! Complete the survey to get Rewards Points!". You may also go to your app's inbox and click on the survey notification message.
