This G Day 2024, we’re celebrating our loyal customers with immersive, digitally enabled experiences and seamless access to everything they need to make each day productive and fulfilling for the entire family.

 

G-gantic Goals

Use just 1 Rewards point to help treat 917 marginalized families nationwide, supported by The Hapag Movement, to a Family Day filled with gift-giving and movie bonding when we reach the goal of 100,000 points by September 20, 2024. 

Once the goal is met, Globe, in partnership with Puregold, Ayala Cinemas, and The Hapag Movement, will host simultaneous gift-giving and block screening events for the 917 families in Pampanga, Quezon City, Marikina, Cebu, and Davao on September 28, 2024.


As a special surprise for contributors, 917 lucky participants will be randomly selected to receive Ayala Cinema vouchers worth P700 each, which they can use at their preferred time. The 917 winners will be notified via text. Remember that Globe will never send texts with links.

 

To join,

  1. You must have at least 1 Globe Rewards point and are joined in the All-New Rewards via the GlobeOne app.
  2. Go to the Rewards tab of their GlobeOne app and check the What’s Hot or GDay section.

G Raffle Rush

 

We’re kicking off Globe’s 917 celebration with G Raffle Rush, where customers have a chance to win exciting prizes using their Rewards points. The campaign runs from September 1 to September 30, 2024. 

Customers need to complete their information via the Globe Registration form, which will appear before redeeming the raffle entry on the GlobeOne app. Customers must successfully download and register their mobile/account number via the GlobeOne app to participate.

 

Names of winners will be published via Globe’s social media channels on the following dates:

  • September 20, 2024

Terms and Conditions:

  1. All Globe customers aged 18 years old and above, registered under the Globe Rewards Program, and currently residing in the Philippines are eligible to join the raffle. They must have enough Globe Rewards points required to join the raffle.

  2. All Globe employees, consultants, and agents of Globe and their relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining this promo.
  3. Only the mobile number (for Mobile customers) or account number (for Broadband customers) used to redeem rewards can earn raffle entries via the GlobeOne App.
  4. Winner of the 3D2N El Nido Vacation Package for 4 must provide the following information: 
    • Names of all 4 participants that will take part in the vacation package. 
    • Preferred Date/s of departure for checking of airline and hotel accommodation availability. 
    • Valid IDs of all 4 participants.
  5. Winner of the 3D2N El Nido Vacation Package must contact Rajah Travel via (02) 8894-0886 to present their eGift code and arrange their trip with available dates. The winner must ensure that the total cost of the trip does not exceed the voucher value provided. In case the value of the total trip booked exceeds the voucher value, the winner must shoulder the cost payable to Rajah Travel.
  6. Winner of the BYD Dolphin Electric Vehicle must claim the prize at the designated branch within 60 days from winner verification via call and/or registered mail. Should the customer choose to have the car delivered to their address, the cost of shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
  7. Winners of the Gogoro Jego scooters must claim their prize at the Gogoro Philippines Store in Greenbelt within 60 days from winner verification via call and/or registered mail. The prize is only available for pick up at the given address above.
  8. Charging stations for the Gogoro electric scooters are located in Metro Manila only. Winners are responsible for charging their electric scooters as needed upon usage.
  9. Winner of the Avida Land Astrea 1BR Condominium Unit must provide the following documents for turnover: 
    • One (1) valid government-issued ID bearing the picture and signature. 
    • Valid Philippine Tax Identification Number. 
    • Proof of Mailing Address (e.g., Utility Bills and Bank Statements) within the last 3 months reflecting the preferred mailing address.
  10. The following expenses for Title Transfer to the winner shall be shouldered by Globe Telecom Inc.:
    • Capital Gains Tax (6% of selling price). 
    • Documentary Stamp. 
    • P5,000 Service Fee.
  11. Winners of the 1-Year Grocery Shopping Spree will receive twelve (12) unique ShareTreats codes to redeem SM Gift passes worth P10,000 each (total value at P120,000) that they may use to purchase groceries from any participating SM merchant that accepts SM Giftpass. 
    1. Upon verification, winners will be asked to provide their email address and active mobile number where the unique codes will be sent. 
    2. Winners are responsible for the safekeeping of their unique ShareTreats code. 
    3.  ShareTreats codes that have been lost, shared, leaked, or exposed to outside parties by the winner’s failure to safekeep the codes are not entitled for replacement by Globe Telecom.
    4. Winners must present the unique codes to any SM Customer Service counter located inside The SM Store for validation. Upon validation, SM will release physical SM Gift Pass certificates to the winner.
  12. The P100,000 GCash credits prize will be credited to the winner’s nominated GCash account upon winner verification. Winners must have a fully-verified GCash account to claim the prize. 
    • The customers are required to have and/or provide Globe Telecom Inc. with a valid, active, and fully verified GCash account where the cash prizes will be seeded. 
    • In case the customer does not have a GCash account, they must download the GCash app, create an account, and get fully verified. Alternatively, winners can request their cash prizes to be credited to them via bank transfer, with proof of account via a validated deposit slip and/or a copy of a passbook. The account name in the said documents must have the same name as the winner. 
    • All winners who will request for seeding of prizes via bank transfer should also have a fully-verified GCash account. The verified GCash account will be used to cross-check the details given for bank transfer.
  13. Raffle Prizes are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash or any other equivalent.
  14. Winners agree to undergo an interview or video coverage to document the awarding of their prize and/or G Raffle Rush experience.
  15. All winners shall be called out by Globe’s 3rd party agency, Bell Pepper Co Inc., to validate customer details and inform them that they have won a prize.
  16. All winners are subject to verification, and only account holders may win.
  17. The customer agrees to take full responsibility and liability for the information provided by them under the terms and conditions of the Globe Rewards G Raffle Rush 2024 Promo. Globe and its agency reserve the right to verify the information provided by the participants. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of Globe or its agency, the customer will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.
  18. For prizes worth more than PHP 10,000, the 20% Prize Tax will be paid by Globe Telecom Inc.
  19. A customer can only win once (1x) throughout the raffle promo. Once a customer has won, all his/her remaining entries are forfeited, and his/her mobile and/or account number/s will be removed from the raffle draw pool.
  20. Customers that have already won a Raffle Prize (limited to 1) in the Raffle will not have their points reversed if they continue to redeem Raffle Entries in the GlobeOne app.
  21. Globe will NEVER ask to divulge your password, OTP, MPINS, or surrender your SIM as part of claiming a prize.
  22. All physical prizes will be delivered to the winners by a third-party agency based on the agreed delivery schedule of the winner. Delivery of prizes will be completed within 60 days from winner verification.
  23. Cutoff for entries for each raffle draw are as follows:
    • Draw 1: 
      • Cutoff Of Entries: September 8, 11:59 PM 
      • Draw Date: September 10, 2024
    • Draw 2: 
      • Cutoff Of Entries: September 15, 11:59 PM

  24. Transactions made after the promo period are not eligible to earn raffle entries and will not be credited back to the customer rewards points.
  25. Each unique successful redemption message from 4438 serves as the customer’s valid raffle entry/entries.
  26. Customers may also check their transaction history to check their redemptions in the GlobeOne app.
  27. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a customer may have. However, redemption of rewards in the GlobeOne App is subject to the transaction cap of twenty (20) per week for Mobile customers and fourteen (14) per week for Broadband customers. If the customer exceeds the transaction limit, he/she will receive an error prompt to try again the next week.
  28. DTI Representative will be invited to verify the system and during the raffle draw. There will be 4 draws for this raffle:
    • First Draw: Sept. 10, 2024, 2:00 PM
    • Second Draw: Sept. 17, 2024, 2:00 PM
    • Third Draw: Sept. 24, 2024, 2:00 PM
    • Fourth Draw: Oct. 4, 2024, 2:00 PM
  29. The Raffle Draw will be done digitally, over Zoom where:
    • Attendees: Globe Representative/s, Agency representative/s, DTI representative/s.
    • Zoom URL will be provided by Globe or its agency, and Globe or its agency will be screen-sharing.
  30. Announcement of raffle winners will be done via registered mail, SMS, social media, Globe Rewards Portal, and other channels within 7 working days after the draw.
  31. Customers hereby allow the use of their name and mobile number provided to Globe Telecom Inc. to be used only for the purposes of verification of identity, winners’ names via social media announcement posts, and seeding of prizes.
  32. Redemption or claiming of prizes is within 60 days upon receipt of notification from Globe. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited.
  33. Globe is not liable to offer replacement Raffle Entry for Raffle Entries or SMS notifications that were deleted or lost.
  34. Eligible Globe customers will receive an SMS notification from Globe on how to join the raffle. Customers will also see ads via Globe Telecom’s official Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages and other official channels promoting the campaign.
  35. To validate their raffle entries, customers must fill out the registration form with their information. Customers need only to fill up this form once per Globe brand (e.g., Globe Prepaid = 1 registration, Globe Postpaid = 1 registration) even after multiple redemption of raffle entries.
  36. Promo period and earning of entries is from September 1, 9:00 AM until September 30, 11:59 PM only. Any transactions beyond the promo period will not be included and will not be credited back to the rewards points of the customer.

G Fest

 

G Fest aims to energize Filipino youth with music and creativity, cultivating a culture of courage and inspiring to promote a culture of courage and providing inspiration as they work through their evolving journeys. Open to Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid, Platinum, Globe At Home, Home Prepaid WiFi.


G Fest for Metro Manila ticket redemption via GlobeOne is available on Sept. 9 and Sept. 13 (until supplies last). The 1-day Pass includes early entry to the venue and access to experience booths, merch booths, Patrons of the Arts and Concert Pass. If the maximum number of 1-day Passes has been reached, you can still get a Concert Pass, which provides access to the concert only.

 

How to redeem code via GlobeOne:

  1. Open the GlobeOne app and taps Redeem Rewards
  2. Look for the G Fest 2024 offer in the What’s Hot Section then tap
  3. Click REDEEM
  4. Customer proceeds to the VIEW VOUCHER pocket section and copy the unique link then paste in browser 
  5. Unique link will direct you to the G Fest 2024 HelixPay ticketing website

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customers will receive the unique voucher link after successfully redeeming or claiming Globe Rewards Points.
  2. If a customer redeemed a 1-day ticket pass using 25 Rewards points, there’s no need to redeem an additional Concert Pass worth 20 points
  3. G Fest ticket pass can only be claimed through the GlobeOne app.
  4. One unique voucher link  is valid for one (1) redemption and may be used only once.
  5. Redemption of unique voucher link on the partner app or website must occur within the validity period.
  6. Unique voucher link codes must be redeemed from the GlobeOne app within the promo period.
  7. Unique voucher link must be used on the G Fest 2024 HelixPay website only.
  8. Data charges may apply when accessing the HelixPay website.
  9. Unique voucher link are not exchangeable for cash, credit, discounts, or other goods and services.
  10. Globe reserves the right to withhold codes/links for fraudulent transactions.
  11. Unique link cannot be combined with any ongoing promotions or discounts.
  12. All minors must be accompanied by an adult who is also a ticket holder. Minors aged 12-17 will be given a different color wristband to easily differentiate them from adult attendees. Minors below 12 years old are not allowed, as this is an all-standing, enclosed event.
  13. Gates will open at 11 AM for 1-day pass holders and at 2:30 PM for Concert Pass holders. The concert will begin at 6 PM.

Ticketing Guidelines:

  • One (1) E-ticket QR code will be issued per customer.
  • One (1) wristband is valid for each ticket holder and must be worn at all times during the event.
  • An e-ticket and a wristband are required to enter the venue.
  • All tickets are standing only.
  • During the event, a designated area will be available for attendees with medical conditions, seniors, and pregnant women.
  • Re-entry will be permitted for those wearing a wristband during the event.

All G Fest Metro Manila attendees may redeem Globe x BINI Photocards at the Swag Station during the event, until supplies last.

 

Mechanics: 

  • Scan the Rewards QR code and redeem one (1) Globe x BINI photocard for 2 Rewards points at the Swag Station during the event, until supplies last.
  • 2 points = 1 photocard. Redemption cap: Up to 9 photocards per account.
  • All G Fest ticket holders (both 1-day Pass and Concert Pass) are eligible to redeem until supplies last.
  • Photocards are given at random and sealed upon redemption at the G Fest Metro Manila Swag Station.
