G Community

What is G Community?

G Community is an online forum designed to let Globe and non-Globe customers explore, answer, and learn about Globe's products and services. Most of the content is driven by Community members via forum threads, blog entries, and contests. It provides Community members an avenue to interact, discuss, and resolve Globe-related concerns and topics.

What can be discussed in the G Community?

As a Community member, you are free to discuss anything and everything under the sun!

How can I access G Community?

You may access G Community by visiting www.globe.com.ph/community on your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Your browser should automatically detect your device and load the appropriate content for ease of reading.

Do I need to be a member to view topics in G Community?

You don't have to be a member to be able to explore the discussions posted in Globe Community. However, in order to participate and post replies to existing threads, you will need to register.

How do I register?

You may sign up by clicking "Create your account now". A sign-up form will appear on your screen, asking for your nominated username and password. Don't forget to verify your email after registration! Once registered, simply click "Login" to access your account.

Will I be entitled to perks and privileges if I become active on G Community?

You may reach several ranks and unlock corresponding privileges if you're active in G Community. By active, we mean participating in both online discussions and offline activities like events! Apart from ranks, you'll surely gain a lot of friends, whom you'll personally meet and get to know in any one of our G Community meet-ups which we do regularly.

What does the "Mark as Correct Answer" button mean?

As an author of a particular thread, you have the power to select the best answer among all the replies and accept it as a solution for other members to refer to. To do this, you can click on the "Mark as Correct Answer" button.
