How do I register to GoHealth?

  1. Text keyword to 8080 (ex. GH 15, GH 50, GH 90)
  2. Confirm subscription by replying with GH [denom] YES within 6 hours.
  3. Go to https://gohealth.pacificcross.com.ph and enter the e-reference number provided via SMS within 48 hours.
  4. Provide needed info for KYC registration.
  5. Wait for the Individual Policy Contract to be sent via email.

Do I have to submit a KYC registration form every time I register to GoHealth?

For Prepaid/TM customers: You will need to submit a KYC form every time you register in line with Pacific Cross's and KonsultaMD’s policy on prepaid health insurance coverage.


For Postpaid/Platinum customers: You will only need to submit a KYC form to Pacific Cross every time you register to GoHealth. No need to submit another KYC form upon claiming your free KonsultaMD.

I'm a Postpaid customer. Am I also eligible for free tele-consult services from KonsultaMD?

Yes! Once you're registered to GoHealth, text FREEKONSULTAMD to 8080 to claim your free KonsultaMD services.

Can I unsubscribe from GoHealth before the coverage ends?

No, you cannot cancel your medical insurance from GoHealth before it ends.

Does my medical insurance from GoHealth renew after my coverage ends?

No, you will need to register again after your medical insurance coverage ends.

What benefits are included in my medical insurance?

Your medical insurance from Pacific Cross comes with the following:

  • Emergency Out-Patient or Emergency In-Patient treatment due to a covered accident
  • In-Patient Treatment due to COVID-19
  • In-Patient, Out-Patient or Emergency Treatment due to Dengue or Leptospirosis

Is the manner of availment and reimbursement for all benefits the same?

No. For Emergency Out-Patient Treatment due to Accident, this can be availed via no cash-out through the Pacific Cross Accredited Provider Network or via 100% reimbursement of actual medical expenses not exceeding the plan limit.


For Emergency In-Patient Treatment due to Accident, In-Patient Treatment due to COVID-19 and In-Patient, Out-Patient or Emergency Treatment due to Dengue or Leptospirosis, these benefits can be availed of through reimbursement only via 100% lump sum payment of the maximum benefit limit regardless of the incurred expenses.

Can I use my medical insurance benefit right away?

No, your coverage will begin three working days.

Up to how many dependents can I register under my name?

You may register up to four (4) medical insurance coverage under your name.

Is there an age restriction to be able to avail of an insurance coverage?

Yes, eligibility age is between 15 days old to 65 years old.

Will I be able to utilize the remaining balance of my Insurance Policy if my availment did not reach the Maximum Benefit Limit?

No, your insurance policy is for one-time use only. Coverage is terminated once claim is paid/utilized.
