Is there another way for me to avail of an eligible offer aside from GlobeOne?

No, you will only be eligible to join the Ultimate Fan Experience if you avail of the eligible offers through the GlobeOne app.

How will I know if I won?

The raffle draw is on November 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM. It will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.


Winners will be notified via email on November 19, 2022. The list of winners will also be posted on the official Globe Telecom Facebook page.

How many winners will be selected?

There will be a total of 36 winners and each winner will receive one (1) ticket.

Can I transfer my ticket or prize to someone else?

Prizes are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable and cannot be sold.

I'm currently residing outside of Metro Manila. Will Globe or 88rising shoulder my transportation fees & accommodations for the Festival?

No, the winner must shoulder their own transportation costs and prepare their own accommodations for the Festival.

What should I bring to the live concert on December 9 & 10, 2022?

Please bring the following in order to enter the venue:

  • Your event concert ticket.

  • Vaccination card (physical or digital copy)

  • 1 valid ID


Make sure to observe safety and health protocols, as issued by the venue and IATF.

I lost the ticket I won in the promo. Can you provide me with a new ticket or a pass?

Unfortunately, Globe and the concert promoter does not provide a ticket replacement or temporary concert pass for lost or stolen tickets.

NOTE: Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and seats are limited. Globe does not have any control on the ticket selling of SM Tickets.

What if the concert/ event gets canceled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, calamities and other causes, what will happen to our winning prize (ticket)?

Globe, together with the concert promoter/producer, will release an official statement if these unfortunate incidents occur.
