Why are you removing (02) 730-1300 on October 1, 2019?

Until September 30, 2019, you may still call (02) 730-1300 for your plan renewal and retention inquiries.

By October 1, 2019, we're simplifying the way you call us so that there’s only one number to call for your Globe concerns. 

After it’s removed, where do I call for the plan renewal of my account?

To renew your Globe Postpaid plan, the number to call is 211 toll-free on any Globe mobile, or (02)  7730-1000 using a landline by selecting the Renew Plan option.

Where do I call if I want to cancel my Globe At Home or Globe Postpaid account?

To terminate your account, the number to call is 211 toll-free on any Globe mobile, or (02) 7730-1000 using a landline by speaking with an Globe representative.

When’s the best time to call 211 or (02) 77301000?

You may call us any day of the week, during business hours from 8 AM to 10 PM.

What happens if I call outside your operating hours?

Outside of operating hours, our Globe representativies will still assist urgent requests for reconnection. All other concerns will be attended to on the next business day.

For plan renewal, you may call us again anytime from  8 AM to 10 PM.

If you called for account cancellation, one of our representatives will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
