What can I get from my MetaverseGo freebie?
All Globe Prepaid, and Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi customers will get a 1GB data allowance for MetaverseGo and premium access to the exclusive features in the MetaverseGo app.
Eligible Globe Postpaid and Platinum customers will get premium access to the exclusive features of MetaverseGo app by default.
How long is the validity of my MetaverseGo freebie offer?
Your MetaverseGo freebie is coterminous with the expiry of your main offer or plan wallet, and it also ends once you port out your mobile number out of Globe. Note that for Globe Prepaid, and Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi customers, your premium access will also be revoked 7 days after your MetaverseGo freebie has expired or has been terminated.
I'm a Globe Prepaid/Globe At Home WiFi customer. Will the validity of my MetaverseGo freebie be extended if I extend the validity of my main offer wallet?
No, same with your other freebie inclusions the validity of your MetaverseGo freebie will not be extended. To extend the validity of your MetaverseGo freebie, you would need to avail any of the eligible promos again.

GUILD-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
Will I still be able to keep my scholarship to the guilds if my subscription to the eligible offers have already expired?
Upon expiry of your eligible offers, your premium access to MetaverseGo together with your scholarship with your chosen will be revoked after 7 days. You will need to re-register to any of the eligible offers and apply to a guild again to regain your premium access and guild scholarship.
What will happen to my scholarship application if my promo ends before the application has been approved?
If your promo expires before your guild scholarship gets approved you will need to re-register to an eligible offer to keep your access to the premium feature of MetaverseGo i.e. Community or Guild Scholarship application/membership as the said feature will be revoked after 7 days upon expiry of your eligible offer.
Will I still be able to keep my scholarship to the guilds if my subscription to the eligible offers have already expired?
Your scholarship to your chosen guild will be revoked together with your premium access 7 days after the expiry of your eligible offer. You will need to re-register to any of the eligible offers and re-apply to a guild to regain your scholarship.
What will happen to the guild resources that I used once my promo expires?
As your premium access and guild scholarship are coterminous 7 days upon expiry of your eligible offers, the access to the resources that you got upon admission to a guild also be revoked but you will still be able to retain any MetaverseGo Credit (MGCs) that you earned or NFTs that you bought using your (MGCs).
I have premium access but how come I still can't fully access the guild resources?
To be able to access the guild resources your scholarship application must be approved by the guild first and you also need to maintain and meet the minimum requirements provided by the guild.
