What is MyAccount?

MyAccount is an online self-service portal that lets you do account management and make transaction requests without waiting in line in the stores, or on hold on the phone. It has wonderful features available for all Globe Postpaid, Prepaid, and Tattoo Broadband customers.


For Globe or Tattoo Postpaid customers, you can:

  • Pay your bill
  • View your bill and Official Receipt copies
  • Check your plan details
  • Change your Combos/Boosters, cut-off date, billing address, mobile number, and/or account name
  • Check your outstanding balance and other charges
  • Check and manage your reward points
  • Request for your billing statement
  • Temporarily disconnect your line
  • Troubleshoot your phone
  • Request for reconnection
  • Send MMS/Data Settings
  • Increase/Decrease your credit limit
  • Activate/Deactivate your IDD service
  • Request for your contract information
  • Access your GCash account
  • Transfer ownership of your account
  • Contact Globe
  • Retrieve your PUK code
  • Sign up for Auto Pay

  • Buy prepaid cards and load online
  • Subscribe to a promo or create your own promo

  • Configure your phone's MMS/Data settings
  • Access your GCash account
  • Activate/deactivate your International Roaming
  • Check the status of your International Roaming service
