Changing your billing adress

STEP 1


Log in to MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph


STEP 2


From the Account List page, select your Postpaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.

That takes you to your Account Dashboard. Click the "Change my billing address" button in the "I WANT TO…" section of the page.

Enter the details about your new billing address. Once you have filled out all the necessary fields, click the "Send" button.
