Contacting Globe

STEP 1


Log in to MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph


STEP 2


From the Account List page, select your Postpaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.

That takes you to your Account Dashboard. Click the "Contact Globe" button in the "I WANT TO…" section of the page.

Select a concern type from the drop down box. Remember to choose the appropriate concern type you wish to contact us about so that we can act on your concern or respond to your queries accurately and promptly.
