Log in to MyAccount at www.globe.com.ph/myaccount.
From the Account List page, select your Postpaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.
That takes you to your dashboard. Scroll down to the Billing History section, then click the "View Payment History and Official Receipts" link.
A pop-up screen will then appear showing you your payment history. Take note that your official receipt will be available at an average of 24 hours after settling your balance via any of the payment channels available.
