Requesting for your billing statement

STEP 1


Log in to MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph


STEP 2


From the Account List page, select your Postpaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.

That takes you to your Account Dashboard. Click the "Request for my billing statement" button in the "I WANT TO…" section of the page.

Select which bill you'd like to be sent to your registered email and then choose the reason why you are requesting for your billing statement.
