Log in to MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph
From the Account List page, select your Postpaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.
That takes you to your Account Dashboard. Click the "Request for my contract information" button in the "I WANT TO…" section of the page.
Your registered email address will be the default value for the email address field, but don't worry, you can edit this in case you want to send your contract information to a different email account.
To get your contract information, simply ensure that the email address field is filled out, and then click "Send".
