Requesting for reconnection

STEP 1


Log in to MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph


STEP 2


From the Account List page, select your Postpaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.

That takes you to your Account Dashboard. Click the "Request for reconnection" button in the "I WANT TO…" section of the page.

Choose your reason for requesting reconnection, then click "Send"

If you selected "I have settled my overdue balance", please make sure to enter the required details then click "Send".
