Troubleshooting your phone

STEP 1


Log in to MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph


STEP 2


From the Account List page, select your Postpaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.

That takes you to your Account Dashboard. Click the "Troubleshoot my phone" button in the "I WANT TO…" section of the page.

You will then be redirected to our Device Configuration Guide at www.globe.com.ph/help/guide.

Simply choose your phone and its operating system (OS), and you will be taken to a simulator that will teach you how to set up your settings and troubleshoot your mobile phone.
