Checking the status of your International Roaming service

STEP 1


Log in to MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph.

From the Account List page, select your Prepaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.

You will be led to your dashboard. Click on the "Check International Roaming status" button in the "I WANT TO…" section of the page.

A pop-up message will then appear on your screen, stating that your request has been received and you will have to wait for an SMS confirming your request status. Click "OK".
