What is Globe myBusiness x The Crawl Raffle Promo?

  • It is a flyaway promo which will send the winner to a trip to the South of France on a culinary adventure with Metro Channel’s The Crawl program.

Who is eligible for the Globe myBusiness x The Crawl Raffle Promo?

  • Globe myBusiness customers who own a food business (restaurants, cafes, caterers, food kiosks, etc.) are eligible to join.
  • Must have purchased and activated a Globe myBusiness Core product + ICT solution (RUSH, CloudPOS, Amber, etc.) for their food business within the promo period.
  • With a minimum of P2,500 monthly service fee for 24 months OR a minimum of 60,000.00 contract value 
  • ICT Solution must be at least 10% of total contract value.

I am an existing Globe myBusiness customer. Am I eligible to join?

  • Yes, as long as you purchase and activate a new ICT solution within the promo period.

Which Globe myBusiness products can I purchase to be eligible?

  • New customers should avail a core product + an ICT solution.
  • Existing customers can purchase an add-on ICT Solution.
  • Prepaid Internet Revenue is excluded from this promo due to its own special promo. Computation of core revenue including prepaid or MSF is not part of the computation
  • ICT products include:

What is the promo period?

  • Promo period is from July 1 to August 31, 2019 for Direct Sales. 
  • For Globe Stores, August 5 - August 31, 2019.

How will I know if I’m eligible to join the contest?

  • After successful purchase and activation of your purchased ICT solution, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming your eligibility.

How many entries can I get?

  • Globe myBusiness customers can only get 1 raffle entry for every 1 new ICT solution purchased and activated  within the promo period, given that the contract value reaches the minimum purchase required.
  • Globe myBusiness customers who purchase and activate a second ICT solution within the promo period is entitled to a second raffle entry, as long as the contract value reaches the minimum purchase required.

When and how will the winner be chosen?

  • The winner will be chosen via electronic raffle on September 6, 2019.
  • Winner will be notified via e-mail/Call/SMS from Globe myBusiness’ Marketing team during the week of September 9.
  • Winner must be the owner of the food business.
  • Winner must confirm in writing within 3 days of notification that:

a) He/she will be able to travel and join the trip on October 29, 2019-Nov 3, 2019.

b) Is willing to be interviewed about the trip, to be featured in a highlight reel and aired on cable TV and digital.


  • Winner must have a valid passport to travel during the scheduled trip dates and will be able to submit necessary documents (financial documents, etc.) for Visa Application.
  • In case the winner cannot make it to the scheduled dates, is not willing to be interviewed and featured on TV, or is denied the necessary travel documents, Globe Telecom reserves the right to draw another winner via electronic raffle.

How will the winner be notified?

  • Winner will be notified via e-mail/Call/SMS from Globe myBusiness’ Marketing team during the week of September 9.
  • E-mail sender is from Globe myBusiness, SMS is from Globe_SME.

What if multiple people own the business?

  • Only one (1) person will join the trip. Owners must decide who among them will join.

What is included in the prize?

  • Globe myBusiness will cover trip expenses only:
    • Economy class airfare
    • Accommodations in a 3-star hotel
    • Transportation within the identified itinerary
    • Meals
    • Pocket money is excluded

Can I bring a companion?

  • Yes, but all expenses will be covered by the winner. Winner should also make all arrangements (booking flights, etc) for the companion.

Can I extend my trip or deviate from the schedule?

  • Winners and any companions must follow set 5D4N itinerary.
  • Should they wish to extend beyond the 5D4N, expenses incurred will be shouldered by the winner.

What will happen if I decide to terminate my contract after the trip?

  • Winner must pay the standard termination fee.
  • Winner must still allow us to use interview video for promotional purposes, as originally intended.

What will happen if I decide to terminate my contract before the trip?

  • Winner must pay the standard termination fee.
  • Winner must pay Globe myBusiness for all expenses incurred in organizing the trip.
