How will I know if the text I received is an official message from Globe?
We have simplified our message senders to protect you from scam and other unofficial messages.
Which customers will receive these updated messages?
Our consumer customers will experience this change: AMAX, Mobile Postpaid, Platinum, Globe Prepaid, TM, Globe at Home Postpaid and Home Prepaid WiFi. We will update this advisory once we have included other brands.
When will I start receiving messages from the new message senders?
Starting December 11, 2020, you will start receiving SMS from the new message senders. Our estimated end implementation for the other official sender names is set to Jan. 2021.
What are these legitimate message senders names?
The following are the message senders with short description
