What are the available online/digital channels for payment?

You may pay your bills via the GlobeOne,  Globe at Home and GCash apps.

For business accounts, you may pay through your bank's online payment facilities or via wire transfer or www.globe.com.ph/paybillcorp.

What over-the-counter channels are available for payment?

For over-the-counter channels with near real-time posting, you may pay at the nearest EC Pay/7-11 branch, SM Hypermarket and Bayad Center.

How much will be charged to my auto-debit account after the due date extension?

The amount reflected on your latest bill will be debited from your account on your next due date after the extension.

Are there any payment arrangements available to help me settle the remaining balance from my previous bill?

Starting July 21, Globe will offer the Installment Payment Program again until August 31, 2020. You may choose from installment terms ranging from two to six months.

How can I check the amount I need to pay on my due date?

You may view your bill and check the latest amount to be paid via our digital apps and through the bills sent to you through text and email.
