What is Globe SuperUnli?

With Globe SuperUnli, you can now make unlimited calls and texts to any Globe or TM number! Start your "unli" experience with these variants:

1-day variant for Php25
Available to Prepaid customers only
7-days variant for Php150
Available to Postpaid and Prepaid customers
30-days variant for Php499
Available to Postpaid customers (except mySUPERPLAN)
30-days variant for Php 599
Available to mySUPERPLAN customers

For Prepaid customers, SuperUnli25 now has unlimited access to Viber Messaging, too! Calls using Viber will be charged regular browsing rates P5/15 minutes or charged to your active mobile surfing promo.

All unlimited? This is what I'm looking for! Is this available to all Globe customers?

SuperUnli is open to all Globe Prepaid, Globe Tattoo, Globe Postpaid and Globe mySUPERPLAN customers. If you're a TM customer, you can avail of TM AstigUnli.

Can I use this service nationwide?

Absolutely! Once registered, you can make unlimited calls and texts to any Globe or TM number anywhere in the country.

To register, just text the keyword of your desired variant to 8080.

You will receive a confirmation message informing you that you have successfully registered to SuperUnli.

For Prepaid customers, a minimum of Php26 (for Super25) or Php151 (for Super150) is required for you to register to Globe SuperUnli. Once registered, the corresponding cost will automatically be deducted from your Prepaid load.

For Postpaid customers, you can also subscribe to SuperUnli by calling the hotline (211 toll-free from your mobile phone), or by visiting a Globe Business Center. The corresponding cost will be charged on top of your monthly plan.

Can I also avail of SuperUnli through retailers via load?

Yep, you can also avail of the promo via Globe load retailers.

After I register, how will I know if my SuperUnli is already active?

You will receive a confirmation message saying you can start using Globe SuperUnli.

I'm a Prepaid customers. How much Prepaid balance should I maintain in order to enjoy my SuperUnli promo?

You only need to maintain Php1 to enjoy Globe SuperUnli.

Do I need to use a prefix when calling while subscribed to SuperUnli?

One of the best things about SuperUnli is that there's no required prefix to make a call. Just dial the number and that's it!

Good to know! But what if I use the 238 prefix when calling a Globe or TM number but I'm not registered to Globe SuperUnli?

You need to register to be able to use SuperUnli. Once registered, no prefix dialing is required. Calls using the 238 prefix will not be connected.

How do I avail of the unlimited texting?

After your successful registration to SuperUnli, all SMS to Globe / TM within the subscription period (1 day / 7 days / 30 days) will automatically be free of charge.

Can I avail of this promo while roaming?

Sorry, but SuperUnli only applies to calls and texts made within the country and doesn't apply when you are using the international roaming service. All calls and texts made while roaming or outside the country will be charged the applicable roaming rates.

Once you registered while you're on roaming, the promo will be deactivated but the duration of the subscription will continue to run.

What will happen if I am still in the Philippines and the roaming feature is still active?

You may register to SuperUnli and enjoy the service as long you are within the Philippines (as long as roaming service/feature is deactivated).

What about if I have an active SuperUnli subscription, then I activate my roaming? What will happen?

Roaming activation will still push through even if you are subscribed to SuperUnli. Just remember though that calls made while outside the Philippines will follow roaming rates while calls made within the Philippines will be within the zero rate of the SuperUnli promo.

Once registered to SuperUnli but roaming, the promo will be deactivated but the duration of the subscription will continue to run.

When will my SuperUnli subscription expire?

  • For Prepaid customers:

SUPERUNLI 25 - after 24 hours

SUPERUNLI 150 - after 7 days or 168 hours

  • For Postpaid customers:

There is no expiry unless you manually opt out. The auto-renewal subscription is every month with a 3-month lock-up period.

  • For mySUPERPLAN customers:

There is also no expiry unless you manually unsubscribe from SuperUnli. The add-on is auto-renewed every 30 days

How can I check if my SuperUnli subscription is still active?

If you're a Prepaid customer and would like to check if your SuperUnli subscription is still active, just text SUPER BAL to 8080 for free. You will receive a message confirming the status of your subscription and when it will expire.

For Postpaid and mySUPERPLAN customers, just text MYSUPERUNLI STATUS and send it to 8080 for free.

What do I text if I want to know more about SuperUnli?

For Prepaid customers:

Just text SUPER HELP to 8080 to know more information about the service. This is free of charge.

For Postpaid and mySUPERPLAN customers:

Text MYSUPERUNLI INFO to 8080 for free.

Why was my call terminated?

We apologize that your call was cut short. As part of our goal to fully optimize network capacity and to maintain the quality of our services, we've created calling parameters for our SuperUnli service which may have resulted in your call to be interrupted.

But don't worry! We assure you that as long as you are registered to Globe SuperUnli, you can make as many Globe to Globe/TM calls as possible within your subscription period.

What will happen to my SuperUnli subscription if I change my SIM or number?

For Prepaid customers:

As long as you retain your mobile number, your SuperUnli subscription will continue even if you change your SIM card. If you change your SIM and your number as well, your subscription to SuperUnli will not be transferred and that means you will need to register again.

For Postpaid and mySUPERPLAN customers:

Any modification in your account will not deactivate your SuperUnli subscription. Change of plan, SIM or change of number will not affect your subscription to promos, so your subscription to SuperUnli will still continue.

Can I register to other Globe promos while I am subscribed to SuperUnli?

Yep! You can avail of other call promos like Tawag236 and DUO even if you're registered to SuperUnli, but these calls will be charged on top of your SuperUnli subscription depending on the promo rate. You just have to use the correct calling syntax for the promo you want to use. However, while registered to SuperUnli, you cannot avail of  uperDUO.

You cannot also avail of text promos such as SuliTxt and  UnliTxt while subscribed to SuperUnli.

Are local video calls part of SuperUnli?

Local video calls are not part of the unlimited calls when subscribed to SuperUnli. They will be charged the normal rate for video calls while you are on SuperUnli.

I still have free texts in my account. What will happen to them once I subscribe to SuperUnli?

For Prepaid customers subscribing to SuperUnli, any free SMS in your account will be used if you text customers of other networks. SuperUnli will only cover your Globe to Globe and Globe to TM text messages.

For Postpaid and mySUPERPLAN customers, any free SMS from your plan will be consumed after the expiration of SuperUnli.

I have one/several extension lines attached to my Postpaid Plan. Can I have one / several of them subscribed to SuperUnli?

Sure, you can! SuperUnli is available for Regular extension plans. If your extension is under load allowance plan, the extension can avail of SuperUnli but under Prepaid conditions (Prepaid rates will apply).

How about if I am currently on a timeplan-based postpaid line? Can I still avail of SuperUnli?

Yes, you can avail of SuperUnli, however, you may not enjoy the full benefits of the promo.

I'm a new Postpaid customer, will I be asked to sign a contract for SuperUnli?

Being a new Postpaid customer, you will be asked to sign a regular MSA (mobile service agreement) form for your regular Postpaid subscription. For your SuperUnli subscription, you just need to sign a separate SuperUnli Promo Certificate to formalize your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the service.

After subscribing / accepting, how will I be sure that I am subscribed to SuperUnli?

As soon as you receive the SMS confirmation saying that you are subscribed to SuperUnli, you can begin using the service for as long as the intended duration. You can also check the status of your service via SMS, just send MYSUPERUNLI STATUS to 8080 for free.

Will I be placed under lock-up for subscribing to SuperUnli?

Yes, for Postpaid customers, there is a 90-day lock-up period when subscribing to SuperUnli. The service is also auto-renewed, and you'll have to manually opt out of the service to end your subscription.

I'm a mySUPERPLAN customer. Will I also be placed under lock-up for subscribing to SuperUnli?

Nope, there is no lock-up for mySUPERPLAN customers, however, your subscription is auto-renewed. You have to manually opt out of the service to end your subscription.

How will I be billed for my SuperUnli usage?

Your SuperUnli charge will be included in your bill on top of your actual usage (under one-time charges).

When I get my bill, will I get to see the details of the calls I make?

Once subscribed to SuperUnli, your subscription will appear as an additional service and line item in your bill. However, there will be no printed details for any of your SuperUnli landline calls in your bill. Special requests on the list of numbers called are unavailable, even through our Customer Service Hotline.

Oh, okay. Can I terminate my current Globe Postpaid line and subscribe only to SuperUnli?

Sorry, but to register to the promo, you must have a current subscription to any Globe Postpaid Plan.

What should I text if I want to unsubscribe from the promo?

For Prepaid customers:

Text SUPER OFF to 8080 for free.

For Postpaid and mySUPERPLAN customers:

Simply text MYSUPERUNLI OFF / STOP to 8080. This is free of charge.

For mySUPERPLAN customers, remember that if you unsubscribe from the service before your SuperUnli subscription expires, we may no longer refund the registration fee that was charged to your account.

For Globe postpaid customers who unsubscribe within the 3-month lock-up period, a pre-termination fee of Php1,500 will be applied to your bill.
