MyKuya is currently available in Metro Manila as well as Cavite, Antipolo, Cainta and San Mateo.
Your requests will be received by a MyKuya Partner when you do the following steps:
- On the home page, choose the service you need.
- Pick the location for the task to be done. If your task needs to be done within various locations, you may enter those places using the multi-destination feature.
- Indicate how long you would need the task to be done.
- Indicate specific or special instructions if needed.
- Hit “Request Now!”
MyKuya Customer Delight is at your service from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, while MyKuya Partners can accept requests 24/7. During the ECQ, the best availability of service is from 7 AM to 6 PM.
From May 15 - August 15, 2020, Globe Postpaid and Platinum customers can avail of a 10% rebate from their total transaction value. This will be credited to them as app credits, and can be used for their next transaction on MyKuya.
On the screen where you’re creating a request, include the given promo code in the special instructions section and take care of your task. Within 2 business days after your task is completed, the rebate will be credited to your MyKuya account and you’ll also be notified through your registered email address.
Using the promo code, you’re only entitled to one rebate per account. You can use it for any service without capping as long as in a single transaction.
