What is Roam Chat Bundle?
With Roam Chat Bundle, you will have 500MB valid for 5 days worth of access to the following messaging apps, for only P500:
Facebook Messenger, Viber (Web), WhatsApp, WeChat (IM, SAVV), Telegram, Snapchat, Google Hangout (VoIP), Google RCS (Text, Image), Skype (VoIP), Kakao Talk, FaceTime and Zoom.
You can only use the call (audio/video) and chat functionalities of these OTT apps.
Roam Chat Bundle can be availed of by Globe Postpaid, Platinum, Prepaid and TM customers.
For postpaid customers, if you happen to access other apps that are not part of the promo, you won’t be able to enjoy these, and you likewise won’t be auto-charged with Roam Surf 399.
This alternative promo may be enjoyed in destinations whose 2G/3G networks have been decommissioned and no longer support roaming call and text services. Affected countries are USA, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. However, customers who are not in these countries can also avail of Roam Chat Bundle but are encouraged to register to the other data app pack offers.
Roam Chat Bundle promo can be enjoyed for cross-country trips provided that the promo is still valid and not yet used up.

Yes, you can enjoy other data roaming promos simultaneously while your Roam Chat Bundle is active, and vice versa. However, you can only have 1 active Roam Chat Bundle at a time.

Postpaid Roam Surf 399 cannot co-exist with Roam Chat Bundle.
If your Roam Surf 399 is currently active, you can pre-register to Roam Chat Bundle. As soon as your Roam Surf 399 expires, your Roam Chat Bundle is queued to start right away.
