What is the Samsung promo about?

From June 27 to July 31, 2022, eligible customers who avail of S22 Ultra or S22+ are qualified to claim the assigned freebie based on certain criteria.

What are the requirements to avail of the freebie?

To be eligible for the freebies of your chosen device, you need to avail of the any of the above mentioned devices during the promo period (until July 31, 2022) and meet either criteria:

  • Renew to GPlan Plus (and avail of discounted device) - new MSF should be at least 1 MSF higher from current plan
  • Renew to GPlan With Device - new MSF should be at least 1 MSF higher from current plan AND at least 1499

How can I avail of the freebie?

To redeem the free item, present the text from Globe and one valid ID in any Globe Store upon renewal.


Once processed, visit glbe.co/globesamsungs22promo, fill in all the required fields and upload the official receipt indicating the item purchased, new device's IMEI and matching valid ID.

Until when can I avail of the freebie?

Eligible customers can avail of the freebie until August 31, 2022. 

Are the freebies all available or will I be notified if it’s out of stock?

Assigned freebie with the availed device is always available. However, you cannot choose the color of the free item, nor can they trade it for any other item.

Can I avail of the device more than once?

You're entitled to only one purchase with the free gift item based on Globe postpaid mobile account number where the text was sent to. 

Is the promo open to all customers?

This promo is available to select customers who received the message from Globe. Promo is not transferable to other mobile numbers.

Can I avail of the freebie even if they did not avail of S22 Ultra or S22+ and can I choose my freebie?

Freebies are only available for the following devices and are assigned based on the availed device as shown below:

Can I choose the color of the freebie or convert it to cash, discounts or any other products?

Unfortunately, you cannot choose the color of the free item. Gift items are not convertible to cash, discounts or any other products. There is no option to choose the color variant of the free gift items. What you'll get will be based on what is available.

What if I want to avail of the eligible device via GPlan Plus (discounted handset) but did not upgrade, will I be entitled to the freebie?

If you renew to GPlan Plus and availed of the discounted handset but retained/downgraded the plan MSF, you're not eligible to get the freebie.

What if I avail of the eligible device via GPlan Device but did not upgrade and did not avail of the minimum 1499 requirement, will I be entitled to the freebie?

If you renew to GPlan with Device but retain/downgrade the plan MSF and was not able to meet the minimum 1499 requirement, you’re not eligible to get the freebie.

When's the delivery of the freebie after request?

Delivery lead time of Freebies upon successful confirmation of the redemption: Metro Manila 21 Days, Luzon 30 Days, Visayas and Mindanao 45 Days.
