ThePLATINUM Management Service represents the dedicated service of a Platinum Relationship Manager (PRM) assigned to your Globe Platinum account.
For ThePLATINUM Plan with device, you may avail of ThePLATINUM Management Service for only P199 per month that can be deducted from your monthly consumable allowance, if applicable.
For ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS, enjoy a built-in ThePLATINUM Management Service without deducting from your consumable allowance.
Is the PRM subscription renewed automatically every month?

ThePLATINUM Management Service is exclusive to Globe Platinum customers on ThePLATINUM Plans.
If I stay with my existing ThePLATINUM Plan, do I also need to pay for the PRM Service?
With ThePLATINUM Plan, the PRM service is an optional service which is deductible against the consumable allowance of your current plan.

Can I decide later to unsubscribe from ThePLATINUM Management Service?
With ThePLATINUM Plan, you may unsubscribe from PRM Service anytime. This will no longer reflect on the next billing cycle. and will not deduct from the consumable allowance.
For ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS, ThePLATINUM Management Service is part of the built-in services.
What if I decide to unsubscribe from the PRM Service? Until when will a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager be assigned to me?
When you unsubscribe from ThePLATINUM Management Service, this will take effect on the next billing cycle, when a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager will no longer be assigned to your account.
After unsubscribing, what if I decide to subscribe again to ThePLATINUM Management Service? How soon will a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager be assigned to me again?
Subscription to ThePLATINUM Management Service will take effect on the following billing cycle, when a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager will once again be assigned to your account.
