What's Platinum Priority Servicing?

The Platinum Priority Servicing represents the services of a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager assigned to your Globe Platinum account.


If you get ThePLATINUM Line-only Plans, you'll automatically be assigned a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager.


If you get ThePLATINUM Plans with a device, you may avail of the services of a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager for only P199 per month. The amount can be deducted from your monthly consumable amount.

Is Platinum Priority Servicing renewed automatically every month?

Yes, the Platinum Priority Servicing is a recurring service.

For ThePLATINUM Line-Only Plans, this is part of the built-in services renewed automatically every month.

For customers who availed of plans with a device, the dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager is an option available to you. When you get this service, it's automatically renewed and the monthly fee is deducted from the consumable amount in the succeeding billing cycles. When you stop the service, this will be reflected on the next billing cycle.

Can I get Platinum Priority Servicing on a regular Globe postpaid plan?

The Platinum Priority Servicing is exclusive to Globe Platinum customers on ThePLATINUM Plans.

I don't pay for my Platinum Relationship Manager with my current Platinum Plan, why do I have to pay for it now?

In the old Platinum Plan, the cost of the dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager is also built-in to the monthly recurring fee (MRF). ThePLATINUM Line-only Plans has followed this and includes the dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager as part of the built-in services not deducted from the consumable amount.


For ThePLATINUM Plans with device, you have an option to avail of the services of a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager by charging the P199 from your monthly consumable amount.

What if I don't want the Platinum Priority Servicing fee deducted from my consumable amount?

You can just subscribe to any variant of ThePLATINUM Line-only Plans where the dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager is already part of the built-in services not charged to the consumable amount.

If I unsubscribe from Platinum Priority Servicing, will I still have a Platinum Relationship Manager?

You'll still have access to Globe Platinum's Digital Assitant, Thea, even if you don't get Platinum Priority Servicing.

With Platinum Priority Servicing, do I get both the Digital Assistant and a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager?

Yes! You'll have access to Globe Platinum's Digital Assistant, Thea, and have a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager as well.

Can I decide later to stop my Platinum Priority Servicing?

For ThePLATINUM Plans with device, you can stop your Platinum Priority Servicing anytime. Once you do, a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager will no longer be assigned to your account. The service will no longer renew automatically and the fee will not be deducted from your consumable amount. This will be reflected on your next billing statement.


For ThePLATINUM Line-only Plans, there's no need to stop Platinum Priority Servicing as this is part of the built-in services.

Can I get Platinum Priority Servicing again if I stopped it before?

Sure! Subscription to the Platinum Priority Servicing Fee will take effect on the following billing cycle, and a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager will once again be assigned to your account.
