I did not receive an invitation from Globe. Can I avail of the offer?
This is only open to customers who receive an invite from Globe. You can still open the link, but you can only pay in full using your GCash wallet.
What is the main payment option?
The primary payment method is GCash - GGives. There are other payment methods but you will be charged in full amount.
Until when will this promo run?

Yes as long as you are within your maximum GGives cap. You must checkout and pay in one go.
Are the Apple devices Globe-locked? Are the devices brand new? Is it covered by warranty?
Yes, devices sold by Globe are brand new, locked to our network, and covered by Apple’s 1-year warranty.
If I have concerns with my Apple device, where should I report?
Should there be any concerns with the device, you may directly go to an Apple Service Center. If the defect is found within 7 days, go to a Globe Store near you.
