Do I need to pay for the reserved units?
Yes. In order to successfully reserve an item you have to proceed with check out. You may pay via GCash, debit or credit card, or cash on delivery.
How much does each SIM cost?
All BLACKPINK SIMs are on 10% discount.

- P170 for one (1) BLACKPINK SIM with Go+149 - original price at P189
- P260 for one (1) BLACKPINK SIM with Go+250 - original price at P290

Is the delivery free of charge?
Yes, the delivery is free of charge when you order a BLACKPINK SIM.
If I changed my mind, can I still request for a refund?
Yes, you may contact us and present the necessary purchase details.
How long is the waiting period before I get my order?
You may wait for at least 15 days from the date of successful order confirmation. Rest assured that Globe is doing everything to have BLINKs’ orders available on time. Globe follows a first-in, first-out basis.
When will the delivery start?
Globe will start sending out your units on August 2, 2021. Please note the following timelines for delivery.
- NCR - 1 day
- Luzon - 3-5 days
- VisMin - 4-8 days
- Out of delivery area - maximum of 10 days
Can I still order after August 1?
We cannot guarantee that the BLACKPINK SIMs will still be available by then, but we will check if there are remaining stocks.
How can I follow up my order?
You may use your tracking number "GLO-XXXX" to get the status of your order.
Will I receive any notification to keep me informed about my order?
Yes. Rest assured that we will inform you of the status through text message.
Where should I report if there are concerns about the items I received?
Yes. Just drop us a message through Globe Online Shop's official Facebook Messenger.
What if my BLACKPINK SIM is defective, will it be replaced?
Yes, but the SIM that will be provided is a regular Globe Prepaid SIM. You may still keep your BLACKPINK freebies.
