Is this available to Globe Postpaid and TM customers too?

GoALL20 is only open to Globe Prepaid customers in the provinces mentioned above.

How can I register to GoALL20?

You just have to text GoALL20 and send it to 2555. You can also register by texting the keywords Go ALL20 or GoALL 20 to 2555.

How will I know if I'm already registered to the service?

You will receive an SMS confirming your registration to GoALL20. Once received, you can start enjoying your GoALL20 valid for 2 days!

Do I need a maintaining balance to use GoALL20?

Yes. You need to have at least P1 maintaining balance to enjoy the service.

For how long will my promo subscription be valid?

GoALL20 will be valid for 48 hours (or 2 days) upon registration. Standard rates will apply after this period. Take note that any unused call minutes and MB Facebook browsing will be forfeited after the 48-hour validity of the promo.

If I register to GoALL20 in the promo areas and move elsewhere in the country (e.g. Manila), will I still be able to use the service?

Yes, you can still use your GoALL20 as long as the registration was made in the areas mentioned above.

How about outside the country/roaming?

Sorry, but you cannot use this service outside the country. Standard roaming charges will apply.

I see. Can I register to GoALL20 outside the promo areas but use it in the areas where it is available?

You can only register in the areas we listed above. But you are free to use the service anywhere in the country.

I am not in any of the selected provinces covered by the promo. Why was I able to register?

You were probably along the borders of the region when you tried to register to GoALL20. While the previous attempt was successful, there is no guarantee that you will be able to register to the service again from that same area.

If I'm currently registered to other Globe Prepaid promos, will I still be able to register to GoALL20?

GoALL20 can only be used simultaneously with the following Prepaid promos:

How can I check the status of my GoALL20?

You can text GoALL20 STATUS to 2555 for free to check the validity of your unlimited texts to all networks, and the remaining amount of call minutes in your subscription.

You may also check the remaining balance for your MB subscription. Just text PSURFMB STATUS to 2555 for free.

How can I stop my GoALL20 registration?

Just text GoALL20 STOP to 2555 for free to stop the SMS and voice component of the service. If you want to stop your FB browsing, text PSURF MB STOP to 2555.
