Once you've successfully upgraded your 3G SIM to LTE and received the initial free 1GB, just text LTEFREE10GB to 8080 for free.

Is this offer available to everyone?

No, this offer is available only to selected Prepaid and TM customers in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Laguna, and Cavite.

I live in Metro Manila/Bulacan/Laguna/Cavite and have upgraded my SIM to LTE. How come I can't claim the free 10GB?

We're sorry but the free 10GB is available only to selected GP or TM customers. Don't worry because you will still receive the free 1GB once your SIM has been upgraded.

Until when can I claim my free 10GB?

You must text LTEFREE10GB to 8080 within the validity of the initial 1GB data freebie given.

How will I know if I can already use the freebie?

You will receive a text confirmation from Globe saying that you can start using the free 10GB.

What will happen after I used up my freebie or it has expired? Can I still access the internet on my phone?

Once your freebie has been consumed or expired, you can still access the internet using your smartphone but your internet access will now be charged a regular browsing rate of P2/MB, unless you're subscribed to a mobile data promo. Don't worry, you'll be notified via text when you reach this point.

Can I use this when I'm outside the Philippines or while roaming?

No, you can only use this promo offer within the Philippines.

Can I transfer the freebie to another Globe Prepaid/TM number?

You can only enjoy the freebie using your upgraded Globe Prepaid or TM LTE SIM. It cannot be transferred to another Prepaid or TM mobile number.

Why do I need to upgrade my SIM to LTE?

Upgrading your SIM is necessary to fully enjoy Globe's products and services, especially our mobile data service.

I don't use the internet. Do I still need to upgrade my SIM to LTE?

Your SIM will still work properly if your use is limited to call and/or text only, so there is no immediate need to upgrade your SIM to LTE.  However, we highly encourage you to upgrade your SIM so that you will not experience any problems in the event that you are ready to use our mobile data service.
