  3. Enter the promo code to apply the discount
  4. Proceed to Checkout
  5. Enter personal details, contact info and delivery address
  6. Select your preferred payment method:
    • Cash-on-Delivery

  7. Receive successful order confirmation via email

How will I know if my order was successful?

A. Globe Online Shop:

Within a few hours from checkout, you will receive an email from Globe Online Shop notifying you on your successful order completion, along with a reference number you can use to track your order. We will also email you about your order being processed within 48 hours upon checkout (except for weekend orders that may take an additional 48 hours). On the delivery day, you will receive a phone call or text message from our courier who will deliver your new handset.


B. Lazada / Shopee:

You will see a confirmation page containing your order number within the Lazada / Shopee app or website, validating that you successfully placed your order.

How can I track my order?

A. Globe Online Shop:

Just go to https://shop.globe.com.ph/track-order and enter your order reference number and email address to track the status of your order.


B. Lazada / Shopee:

You can track your order via the order tracking features of Lazada and Shopee.

If via Shopee:  On the app or website, click: “Me” > “To receive” under “My Purchases”, then click the image of the handset ordered.


If via Lazada: On the app or website, click: “Account” > “To receive” under “My Orders”, then click the image of the handset ordered.

How long will it take before my new LTE gadget is delivered?

A. Globe Online Shop:

    Please note the following standard delivery lead times

  • GMA (1-2 business days)
  • Provincial (5-7 business days)

For one-day, 50% flash sales, delivery lead time may be longer at 14 working days upon ordering.


B. Lazada / Shopee:

    Following successful order pickup upon order confirmation, you should receive your order within the following time frame

  • GMA (2-5 calendar days)
  • Provincial (3-8 calendar days)

What if I am not available during the delivery, what should I do?

To ensure that the handset gets delivered to you and not to someone else, we are not allowing authorized representatives from getting the handset. You may coordinate with our representatives on the most convenient time and place where we can deliver the handset directly to you.

What if the gadget/SIM I received is defective?

For the discounted handset, are there any freebies that come with it?

Yes. It comes with a free Globe Prepaid SIM with special freebies and rebates. Upon SIM activation, you will get free 1GB for surfing by texting GETFREE to 8080. On top of this, you may also enjoy free 500MB access to YouTube, HOOQ, and Viu (by activating via the Globe Switch app), valid for 15 days. If you reload at least P150 per month, you will also enjoy an additional 1GB for surfing, valid for 15 days (rebate lasts for 12 months).

How do I avail of the Globe Prepaid SIM freebie? How will I know if I can already use the freebie?

Using your new Globe Prepaid SIM, text GETFREE to 8080 to get your free 1GB for surfing, valid for 15 days. To avail of the free 500MB for video content (YouTube, HOOQ, and Viu), activate it via the Globe Switch app.


In addition, you’ll get free 1GB for surfing, valid for 15 days every month, by loading at least P150 per month. You can enjoy this rebate every month for 12 months.

What will happen after I used it up or it has expired? Can I still access the internet on my phone?

After your free MBs have been consumed or expired, you can still access the internet using your smartphone but your internet access will now be charged a regular browsing rate of P5/15 minutes unless you’re subscribed to a mobile data promo. Don’t worry because when you reach this point, you will get a text notification.

Can I avail of this promo together with other existing promos of Globe?

Yes, while you’re subscribed to the freebie, you can register to other promos such as GoSURF or avail of other call and text promos.

Can I transfer the freebie to another Globe/TM customer instead?

You can only enjoy the freebie using the new Globe Prepaid SIM that was issued with the phone that you purchased. It cannot be transferred to other Globe Prepaid or TM mobile number.

I don’t want to exceed my MB allocation, how do I check my remaining MBs?

To check the status and validity of your free MBs, text STATUS1500MBFREE or STATUS 1GBFREE and send it to 8080.

I already accumulated P150 in a month but I still haven’t received my free 1500MB/1GB for surfing, what should I do?

Call the Globe Hotline (02) 730-1000 or call 211 via mobile so that we can resolve the issue.

How long will the promo last?
