What is GoCREATE?
Globe Prepaid's new GoCREATE allows you to create and customize your own promo! You can choose validity of your promo, all-access, content, 5G, and shareable GBs, and have an option to add unli allnet calls. As an added bonus, all GoCREATE promos already come with free unli allnet texts!
How do I register to GoCREATE?
You can register to GoCREATE by going to the GlobeOne app. Just go to the main dashboard and tap on the GoCREATE banner to start creating your own promo!
What are the available options for GoCREATE?
You can mix and match the following for your own custom promos:

Can I register to GoCREATE while currently subscribed to other Globe Prepaid promos?
Yes, you can register to GoCREATE even if you are currently subscribed to other Globe Prepaid promos!
Can I register to more than one GoCREATE promo at a given time?
Yes, you can create and register as many times as you like!
Will my GBs from GoCREATE stack with my Go+/Go/GoSURF/GoSAKTO GBs?
Yes! As long as you avail of the GoCREATE promos when your Go+/Go/GoSURF/GoSAKTO promos have not yet expired, all of your unused GBs will stack to the promo with the longest expiry.
Can I register to a GoBOOSTER promo even if I already have content GBs in my GoCREATE?
Can I name the promo that I created?
Yes, you can make your promo your own by naming it!
How can I check the status of my GoCREATE registration?
You can check the status of your GoCREATE via the GlobeOne app dashboard or by texting DATA BAL to 8080.
How will I know if my GoCREATE promo has expired?
You will be notified that your promo will expire soon 1 day before the expiry date. You will also receive a text once your GoCREATE promo expires.
When will I be able to use my 5G GBs?
You will automatically use up your 5G GBs when you are in a 5G area. Remember that 5G will only work with a 5G SIM and device in a 5G area.
How can I manage my shareable data?
STEP 1: After promo confirmation, click "Manage Group Data."
STEP 2: Customize your Group Name.
STEP 3: Enter member's name and number then click "Add Member."
STEP 4: Add more members from the Members List. A maximum of 4 subscribers can be in a SURF4ALL group.
STEP 5: Go to your Members List and click Settings.
STEP 6: Click "Manage Data Limit."
STEP 7: Choose a member.
STEP 8: Choose from the Data Limit Options and click "Apply."
