Emergency loan offers are available to all Globe Prepaid customers when you need it the most.  These offers were created to serve as a backup/alternative option for instances wherein you need to communicate urgently even without load.


On the other hand, the load loan service allows you to borrow load, depending on your eligibility, so you have the flexibility to get any promo you want within the load denomination.

What is the service fee for? How much will be the total amount for deduction?

The service fee serves as a transaction fee for advancing the service, even before payment.


Your deduction will be the loaned promo/load amount standard price plus service fee.

Will I be charged an interest depending on how long I pay for the borrowed service?

Nope, there's no interest charged. Only a fixed service fee is charged depending on the amount of the loan service you availed.

Why is the Loans menu that I see on *143# different from what my friends see in their phone?

Customers may see different lists depending on their tenure (how long they've been using Globe Prepaid/TM), loading activity and usage. Note that as your activity and tenure change, the list in the menu may change as well.

Why am I only seeing SURFSOS/COMBOSOS? Are there no other Loans offers for me?

For now, you may enjoy 3 texts and P1 load with GTSOS. The list of loans/utang you can avail of can possibly grow based on your loading activity and usage, so keep on loading and using Globe/TM!

How can I make a promo or load loan via *143#?

Step 1: On the first menu, go to MyAccount and select Loans, you’ll see the list of offers available to you


Step 2: On the list of loans available for you, select the number of the offer to check the promo and price details.


Step 3: Choose among the offers then Subscribe. If you'd like to check the offers again, choose Back.


Upon choosing an offer, you'll receive a confirmation message.

How can I check the status of my loan via *143#?

On the menu, go to MyAccount and select Loans then select Status.

How can I stop my loan via *143#?

This is easy as one, two, and three! Just go to the menu, go to MyAccount, select Loans, then select Unsubscribe.

I'm eligible for a loan. Could you teach me how to loan a promo?

No prob! If you know the keyword of the loan you want to get, send that to 3733. You can also visit the loans menu via the GlobeOne app or by dialing *143#, choosing MyAccount, then selecting Loans.

How will I know if my loan promo registration was successful?

Don't worry as upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message via text.

Why did I receive an error message when I tried to avail of the loan services?

If you try to register but received an error message, this may be because of the following reasons:


  • You’re only eligible to loan the emergency offers
  • You’re only eligible to loan a lower amount than what you requested
  • You have an outstanding or unpaid loan.
  • You may still have an active service that can't co-exist with the loan service that you're trying to register to.

For example, you can't borrow LOAN GOUNLI25 if you have an active GOUNLI25 promo

Can I avail of a loan service multiple times?

You can only borrow one service at a time, whether it is a promo or load loan. Once you have settled your existing or outstanding loan, that's the time that you can avail of a loan again.


Take note that your loan offer may change on a monthly basis. You may know if your eligibility has changed based on the offer that will be sent to you via text.

Oh, I see. Can I use the loan services while I'm abroad?

Sorry, the loan services can't be used outside the Philippines.

How do I pay for my existing loan and how will I know if it has been settled?

The total loan amount (regular price + service fee) will be automatically deducted upon your next reload. You can also pay manually by texting PAY LOAN to 3733. Just make sure that you have enough load to cover for your unpaid loaned amount + the corresponding service fee before texting.

When will I be deducted if I got the loaned amount and I loaded the same day?

It will happen on your next reload after availment of the loan service. If you reload more than the loaned amount plus service fee on the same day (after loaning), you may receive a collection SMS informing you of a successful deduction on your load.

After payment, can I avail of a loan service again?

Yes, you can loan again.

Can I unsubscribe from the loan service?

Yes, you just need to text the unsubscribe keyword to 3733.

How will I know my eligibility? Are there other loan services I can borrow?

We’ll notify you through text about your loan offer eligibility. If you’re a Globe Prepaid customer, you can view the Loans menu via the GlobeOne app or by dialing *143#, selecting MyAccount, then choosing Loans. The loans menu will give you info on other loan services you can borrow based on your eligibility.

I received the following message, what does this mean?

"No load? No problem! You can borrow load from anywhere, especially when you need it most. Just dial *143# and choose LOANS to see what’s available to you. The amount borrowed (with a fixed service fee) will be deducted from you on your next reload."


This means, that as of the moment you can borrow the Emergency Text Service with 3 texts and P1 load. You may get this loan by dialing *143#.
