You may view the rewards points requirement via the GlobeOne app. Please note that points requirement is subject to change so make sure to check the new GlobeOne app for the latest price and offer.
How to redeem a reward via the GlobeOne app?
- Download via Play store or App store and/or open the GlobeOne app.
- Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: Air Asia
- Click Next then Redeem
- Wait for the confirmation notification, along with a message from 4438 containing the unique code.
A text message from 4438 will be sent after a successful redemption. You may also check your redeemed voucher code in the View pocket under Vouchers on the GlobeOne app.
How do I earn Bonus airasia Points?
During the promo period, a bonus of 100% more airasia points for first time redeemers and 50% more airasia points for repeat converters.

When will the Bonus airasia Points be credited into my account?
To check if your airasia Rewards points log into your account at www.airasiabig.com or airasia Super App.
You can view your full transaction history by tapping on your profile picture or the profile icon on the top left of the app screen. Then, select 'My Transaction History' to view airasia Rewards points transactions. The green arrow indicates the points you've earned and the red arrow indicates the points you've used.
Where and how to use the code via airasia Super App?
- Open the airasia Super App or click the link ( https://bit.ly/AAXcode) sent via text (4438).
- Tap Get Points and you will be redirected to the code section on the airasia Super App.
- Input the unique code sent via text (4438) to redeem/convert to airasia Rewards points.
- Wait for the confirmation screen to confirm the successful redemptions.

Where and When are the voucher codes valid?
You may use their voucher code at the airasia Super App. The code is valid at least 60 days after the redemption date.
I didn't receive a text notification for my code from 4438, can I still get my code?
If you are able to successfully redeem via the GlobeOne app, kindly text VOUCHERINFO to 4438.
